We are senior citizens, and after retiring from service — I as an engineer from ISRO and my wife from the State Taxes department — we were looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and trustworthy place to settle down in Thiruvananthapuram. It gives me immense pleasure and happiness to share this testimony. It was a great journey with Sreedhanya starting from booking the flat and all towards the key handover. The whole process of receiving weekly completion updates from the team was excellent. My family and I are very excited to move in (very soon in near month – APRIL 2026) although the handover was covered well in advance prior to the deadline as committed from the Sreedhanya. The very feature of key amenities within the Sreedhanya Pink and near key locations within few meters and kilometers of Lulu, Hospital, Airport, Railway Station and upcoming metro station has always been a catchy and I am happy that I approached you in the right time. My mom dad, especially getting into their senior citizen, I was always looking for such amenities and features to key locations and even to my dad best friend (buddies since his education and worked together) near location which is exactly 300 meters walking distance made me have no thoughts but to get one flat in Sreedhanya Pink. After the handover from Sreedhanya, forming communities is a great deal as their commitment and having sustainable relationships with flat owners are commendable. Long the relationship shall continue, and yes if I have an another thought for a new flat that would none other than Sreedhanya for the service and friendly nature of their team team have to provide.I would go on and on mentioning the staff names of Sreedhanya whom I am in touch and provide all updates time to time, but I will mention one name Mr. Anand who is a friend a brother who always responded on time and kept in touch even after sales service. Every employee is an asset to a company, but if I am not wrong all employees work as family which I felt. Kudos to Sreedhanya, the staff are very friendly and the work culture with no doubt is great with all friendly interaction which I have never seen in any other builders.
